Trial Experience
Throughout his 30 year legal career, Mr. Coviello has tried approximately 50 cases through verdict. Many of these were jury trials on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants in employment-related claims or business disputes, including sexual harassment, age and race discrimination, disability discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of contract, trade secret violations, unfair competition and class action wage/hour litigation. Robert is proud to be a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Only individuals of high personal character and honorable reputation and who further satisfy the stringent trial jury experience requirements are considered for admission. Mr. Coviello further maintains the highest A/V preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
