Fees
MEDIATION FEE:
- Full Day: $5,000.00
- Half Day (4 hours max): $3,000.00
- Class Actions, Full Day Only: $6,500.00
All monies or deposits are refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least 3 business days before the scheduled hearing. Parties canceling thereafter will incur a 50% cancellation fee. An additional $500 travel fee will apply for cases heard outside of Southern California.
